Additionally contained in this new document drop seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and contains a key identifying distinct parts of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including plans for boat shelters.
